CORONAVIRUS INFO and TIPS!

How to tell if you have a cold or Corona. What to do. (This information is not directly from the CDC, but is from health professionals.)

This is what we all should know and focus on, and the HUGE takeaway is: DRINK LOTS OF WATER OFTEN!

  1. If you have a RUNNY NOSE and SPUTUM you do NOT have Coronavirus you have a common COLD!
  2. Coronavirus pneumonia is a DRY COUGH with NO RUNNY NOSE.
  3. This new virus is NOT heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26/27 degrees celsius.
  4. If someone sneezes while having Coronavirus it takes about TEN FEET before the sneeze droplets hit the ground and are no longer airborne.
  5. If a sneeze does land on a metal surface it will live for at least TWELVE (12) HOURS! If you come into contact with ANY METAL surface, WASH YOUR HANDS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with a bacterial soap. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE, EYES, NOSE, MOUTH, or wounds.
  6. The Corona Virus on fabric can last for SIX(6) to TWELVE (12) HOURS. Normal laundry detergent will kill it!
  7. Drinking warm water is effective for ALL viruses. Try NOT to drink liquids with ice.
  8. Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for FIVE (5) to TEN (10) minutes, BUT a lot can happen in that short time. You could rub your eyes, pick your nose unwittingly, and so on.
  9. You should also gargle as prevention. A simple solution of salt in warm water will suffice.
  10. Can’t emphasize enough- DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! Keep your mouth and throat moist constantly!

THE SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS:

  1. It will first infect your throat, so you’ll have a sore throat lasting about three to four days.
  2. The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs, causing pneumonia. This takes about five to six days more.
  3. With the pneumonia comes high fever and great difficulty breathing.
  4. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind you get with a common cold. Your feel like you are drowning. It is IMPERATIVE you THEN SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION!

SERIOUS EXCELLENT ADVICE by Japanese doctors treating COVID-19:

  1. Everyone should ensure your mouth and throat are moist and NEVER DRY!
  2. Take a few sips of water every FIFTEEN (15) minutes at least! Why? Even if the virus gets into your mouth, drinking water or other liquids will wash them down through your throat and into the stomach. Once there, the stomach acids will kill all the virus.
  3. If you DO NOT drink enough water more regularly, the virus can enter you windpipe and into your lungs. This is VERY dangerous. It can create fibrous tissues in the lungs that never goes away!
  4. This new Coronavirus may not show symptoms for many days.
  5. By the time they have a fever and/or cough and go to the hospital, the lung is usually 50% Fibrosis and it’s too late.
  6. (Fibrosis is NOT reversible!) Taiwan experts provide a simple self-check we can do every morning.
  7. Take a DEEP breath and HOLD your breath for more than TEN SECONDS. If you complete it successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, etc, it proves there is no Fibrosis in the lungs. Basically indicates no infection.
  8. In critical times please self-check EVERY MORNING in an environment with clean air.
